About Kate

Kate is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience in organisational change, talent management and leadership development.  She has held senior positions in a number of consultancies, both in the UK and overseas.  Her real passion is for working with leaders in organisations to help them grow and deliver through change.

As a facilitator, Kate sees her role as creating the right balance of challenge and support for people to increase their awareness and make shifts that will benefit them as individuals, collectively and the wider organisation.  She stands out for the energy, sharpness of mind, fun and impact she brings.  These, allied with her psychological expertise and breadth of experience, mean she quickly gains credibility with senior audiences.

In her leadership roles within consulting organisations, Kate has successfully developed enduring client relationships and led numerous large-scale interventions to enable improved performance through people. Over the years she has worked with many international organisations and with cross-cultural leaders and managers all over the world.   She is pragmatic and insightful, adept at understanding the needs of different organisations and how to co-create solutions that achieve results.
