About Kate

Kate has worked in the field of Leadership and Organisation Development for over 20 years, initially working in at Ashridge Management College where she was a psychologist and then as a senior psychologist at several leading business psychology consultancies.  She has worked with the public and private sectors both in the UK and internationally and is known by her clients for her warmth, insight and ability to quickly connect with others to support their development.

As a coach and facilitator Kate has been described by her clients as gentle yet direct in supporting people to achieve their potential.  She applies her background in psychology to help leaders and teams set developmental goals, expand their insights into themselves and others and enhance their personal, team and leadership skills.  Kate creates a safe and interesting environment for learning and the challenges that change presents.

Organisations Kate has worked with recently: Sky, Centrica, Shell, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Department of Health, Yorkshire Building Society, Welsh Assembly Government, NHS.Kate has been selected as a coaching panel member for Sky Broadcasting, Allied Irish Bank and government departments including the MOD.

A qualified and registered psychologist, Kate is a faculty member of the Association of Psychological Type and is considered an expert in the use of the MBTI.  She also uses a number of other psychometric tools such as Firo & Element B, the Hogan Suite, Wave and several more.  Kate is also a MasterNeuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner.
