We know women leaders value time together honing their leadership practice. We convene women leaders praxis groups to create spaces where women can flourish.

With expert facilitation we create psychological safety where women can explore their ambitions, grapple with common challenges, give and receive peer coaching and codesign different learning experiences together. We can administer and deliver Women Leaders Praxis Groups within your business or for other groups with different protected characteristics or intersectional groups.

inclusion training *

Belonging matters. Feeling a sense of belonging is a core element of our human condition and the workplace can provide that sense of belonging, inclusion and identity for valued colleagues.

Our Inclusion Management Training supports managers to consider how they create a sense of belonging in the teams they lead, more aware of how in-group out-group behaviour and their own biases can erode engagement for some team members. We explore all the protected characteristics and enhance team management skills to deliver cohesive and inclusive teams.
